Greenock Gang Show 2012

The 2012 Greenock Gang Show has ran its course in the Greenock Arts Guild. It was also a celebration of 70 years of our shows in Greenock.

Our Show is recognised as one of, if not the best, in Scotland. The support for our cast is appreciated. They are drawn from all over Inverclyde from Quarrier’s Village to Wemyss Bay with many never having been onstage before.

It ran from Tuesday 20th to Saturday 24th November with performances every evening at 7.30 pm with a matinee on Saturday at 2.30pm.

Once again, it was hailed as a top class performance.  The cast of over 100 put on a tremendous fun filled show. It was action packed with comedy, strong singing and polished dance routines.

It was the result of weeks of rehearsals. Full credit must be given to our producer Kenny Wilson, Choreographer Alison Cole and their assistants for ensuring that the cast put on a very disciplined show.

Needless to say, the large support team are an essential part of any show. Ranging through, Ticket Sales, Front of House, Back Stage Crew, Set Design, Wardroom Team. Sound & Lighting, the Musicians, many hours of work were put in both prior and during the Show.
